Café Borgia opened its doors in 1986 with nationally recognized Chef-Owner Mike Jesso serving regional Italian specialties.
From an open kitchen, the culinary team prepares a menu of regional Italian favorites along with innovative daily specials.
Situated on what used to be rich farmland, the Café grounds were designed to allow for a Chef's garden. Chef Jesso starts his days early maintaining, five beds of thoughtfully planted vegetables and herbs.
Outside the dining room windows on a busy night you may see Roma tomatoes "picked to order" to finish a salad. Surprisingly, the basil yield carries us through the summer and makes enough pesto for the winter.
Then, just around the corner, check out our patio, surrounded by rose bushes and greenery, where you can enjoy full-service al fresco dining at its best.
And inside Café Borgia, for your dining pleasure, enjoy the unique, blown glass works of art collection by one of our long-time regulars, the world-famous Charles Lotton.
To further enhance your culinary experience, Zoia O'Neill's hand-painted murals line nearly every wall of our dining area, bringing breathtaking scenery of Italy right to your table.
It's a pleasure to serve you!
